What do we know about the severity of Davis’ injury?
Does Nebraska have much coming back next season? Pretty nice finish to the season for them.
Nebraska was without both McGowens brothers and Verge fouled out. Still clearly were better than Wisconsin down the stretch. Wow
Yeah lost in all this is that really for the 10 minutes it wasn’t a ref show and Nebraska was shook, they pretty much dominated this game.
Bad day for Bart Torvik’s COY. Wonder if there’s an objective measure for determining how embarrassing it is to lose at home to the worst team in the conference on senior day with a solo title on the line
Maryland/Illinois wins - 7 vs Maryland & Wisconsin
Maryland/Iowa wins - 7 vs Maryland & Purdue
MSU/Illinois wins - 8 vs Indiana & Illinois
MSU/Iowa wins - 8 vs Indiana & Wisconsin
Off Wisconsin. Might as well keep this great day going with a sparty loss on senior day.
Who would be the 10 seed we’d play?
There is no way the COY would have a player like Wahl foul when it wasn’t needed.
I think Maryland
Maryland, I believe
Maryland is locked in to the 10
I will take option 1, 2, or 4.
Yep, though 3 is probably the most likely.
The Big Ten has crazy depth this year. The teams at the bottom of the standings aren’t really that bad, at least not at this point in the season.
Michigan has never beaten Illinois in Juwan’s tenure
Davis was out, but…yeah…
I really would like Wisconsin for obvious reasons but if they are without Davis then we should REALLY want Wisconsin. An Indiana/Wisconsin/Iowa/Rutgers path would pretty much be best case scenario.
Having said that, I would just like us to string together a group of good, well-played games. We got that today (on a weekend!) which makes me a little leery for Thursday.
