Yes, after 51 years! We’re going up to TC for out anniversary this weekend! I’ll probably be drinking a lot of wine because I might not be able to watch much basketball!

Funny story. We were married on a Friday night, in fact on Friday the 13th, 1970! We went on a very short weekend honeymoon, and on that next day, Saturday, she wanted to do some shopping so we did, but the trade off was I got to watch some basketball that afternoon. I HATE to shop and she didn’t care much for basketball. I still hate to shop, but she has become a lover of basketball…she just cheers for the wrong team! By the way, 13 has been my lucky number for the past 51 years!

It’s a great strategy by Maryland and with Donta Scott and four big guards they have the ability to do that, but Izzo made it sound like they were somehow cheating driving to the basket like that!

Oh, my, they called a foul there on Maryland? I know our guys don’t like Bardo but he’s right. That was a great box out!

I agree. I said earlier if I were officiating an Izzo game, I’d just walk away from him. And the truth is, he is NEVER happy or even satisfied. He gets on the officials even when he gets a call. It’s pretty unbelievable! Even I wasn’t THAT bad!
