Yes of course āmake or miss leagueā but we are looking forward not backward. To call something an obvious mismatch, I think that implies some sort of weakness that would require extra attention.
I donāt think thatās what this is at all. A mismatch would imply that one team has a way to generate significantly higher value shots than normal. Not that they made a lot more shots than theyād be expected to.

Generated lots of tough 2s for Rocket which clearly isnāt a great long-term winning strategy. I agree heās not a mismatch, was sort of my point that if a guy hits tough shots then āthemās the breaksā

I agree that Michigan hasnāt painted a two-halves/both-ways masterpiece in a while here, but thatās fine. They can get back to playing at a higher level, if not the highest. There are ups and downs to a normal season, and up until the Illinois game it was just not a normal season.

Probably a great synergy to get those athletes to start doing work for Rocket Mortgage. This could be a huge game changer for MSU athletics considering we havenāt talked about the Ishbia connection. It might be tacky but if this helps them get more athletes itās a good deal for them.
