It’s the main reason I just can’t get behind him as the best player in CBB. Incredible offensively. Just not the best player when you are a sieve on defense
I feel Garza rarely battles foul trouble because he barely tries on D. But if you solve the optimization program based on probability, it’s better for him to never try and foul, and be on O for extra possessions

Sharpe is actually doing a great job on him, I think the one foul was garbage too.
He’s actually making the case for why Garza isn’t a hot Nba prospect imo. He’s not going to dominate on the next level scoring and his d is suspect. Big, strong athletes everywhere.
