Someone said before that it may have been a blessing for Izzo to miss Langford for a couple of games. I completely support this theory. Langford is a valuable piece…but should not be starting or playing as many minutes as he is. I think this happened when Nick Ward got hurt a couple years ago.
Yeah, a few of us noted that Izzo was maybe going to benefit again from having to sit a more limited player, but alas, ol’ Tommy will still get to trot out 46-year old Joshua Langford for 30 minutes tonight after all!
Apparently there are Penn State people talking about Beilein being interested in taking that job… Please no. I don’t think that would ever happen but it would for sure suck.

That’s a shambollically awful job. But in some ways Beilein is attracted to those sorts of situations. Who and where is this being said? Sounds like wishful thinking

Some PSU 247 board people. Nothing super credible. Though I dont think it will happen, part of the reason I brought it up is that as you mentioned, thats a situation I can almost see Beilein being attracted to.

One of the apps gave me a profit boost for the game so I put a bit on Rutgers against the spread. It felt really dirty to have money at stake with Rutgers being a core component in my potential profit.
