This 2nd half is why Tillman needs to go pro. Completely changed the game with his D.
Eliminate Garza (easier said than done), Wieskamp being awful and Iowa doesn’t have a whole lot else to lean on.

Man, for reeling teams, it seems that trip to Nebraska is like chicken soup for the soul
He was phenomenal and the reason they won the game. My only issue is that he was passing up WIDE open 3s…I don’t know if he’s draftable if he continues to pass up those shots
Don’t see him making the NBA where he’d be an undersized 4 w/o a perimeter game. He could do what JMo is doing in Europe with similar size and skills.
Anyone with a coach who tells you, “You’re so f****** stupid” whenever you miss a shot or make a mistake, is going to hesitate on open jumpers.
He “Spiked” 'em.

Very, very interesting MD-Minny game tonight. Classic pros vs. joes scenario… Minny is the sharp side, 85%+ of bets are on MD. Minny has lost 2 at home back to back against Indiana and Iowa though when they really really needed wins like blood, now they “need” a win but are essentially an NCAA tourney pipe dream. The players have to know that. Turgeon has at least showed something this year going on the road to Indiana, Illinois, and Sparty and getting wins.
I anticipate a warm reception upon his return to the Kohl Center.

I think we’re getting Mask-Eli-Brooks tomorrow and I cant wait
Real Rip vibes
I hope Eli is able to play tomorrow. I know it’s at Crisler but Wisconsin has been playing very well of late and I think his veteran presence will definitely be needed.
I love me some JMo–and still cringe at over-stated criticism he took while at Michigan. But Tillman’s upside is quite a bit higher. For one, he can shoot a jumper, shoots nearly 80% from the line, has more bounce and is simply more athletic than JMo. Though while Tillman is purportedly a good student, he doesn’t have JMo’s court smarts.
Disagree. I hope he doesn’t play because I see Brad Davison aiming for his nose instead of the body part he targets on other players.
He’ll be too busy trying to slide a shoe under Livers’ ankle while he’s jumping for a rebound.
