2024 NBA Playoffs Thread

I do genuinely love how nuts these guys are and how much they struggle to be normal people once they’re out of the game.

When will an NBA guy swag out and get Dante on his jersey? To me it is kind of weird this hasn’t happened yet but I like el futbol.

Idk what more Lebron is supposed to do

Man, what a shot!

Wowsers. Murray has some stones

What an insane game

Reggie Miller -Jamal Murray is one of those underrated players.

Lakers started playing way too slow, lost it, and then no one wanted to help Lebron win the game back.

This really is setting up for another Lebron legacy thing though. Lost 10 straight times to them, down 2-0 against the defending champs.

even as a nugs fan, so strange how the nugs kinda own lebron, I believe its the only franchise he has a losing record against

LeBron had a phenomenal game. I do ding him a teeeny bit for taking that 3 so early. However, it was a clean look. I just think that he didn’t look entirely comfortable taking it. It was just that his defender fell off so badly so I think he figured he had to hoist.

There was enough time left where they couldn’t really hold for the last shot and he made two in the quarter. He has to take that. Imagine the narrative if he doesn’t and they don’t get as good of a look.

I think there was a 6 second differential. I guess that’s a lifetime in the NBA, though there’s probably another 2-3 seconds that would come off if he (or a teammate) is taking a jumper right at the end of the shot clock.

Was it an awful choice? Not really.
Did it give the Nuggets plenty of time to go down, run a play and score? Yes.

I didn’t really have a problem with a shot because it was wide open. The Lakers could take it down to like 5 seconds and Denver had a timeout so they would still have enough to make a game winner
