That’s like blaming Tarantino for all the bad Pulp Fiction knockoffs.
Loving crafty players with an unrivaled offensive toolset but hating Steph Curry is quite a stance. I’d like to know more about the deepest realms of your mind @kherodan32
And liking Ja and including him on that list
Ja is the most fun guy to watch in the league
So it’s not that nuts
That’s quite subjective but all opinions are on that topic. The strange thing about the stated list is it had a list of crafty and great offensive players that didn’t include Steph but did include Ja. @kherodan32 is allowed his opinions but it’s a pretty funny list in that regard
I’m a big fan of lists that make sense and also a big fan of lists that don’t make sense, so I respect it. Though I do wish all humans got as much joy out of watching Steph curry as I do. But I also imagine that if you were pre-disposed to not liking Steph curry for some reason that he would be the most annoying player ever then.
I think this is the caveat that broke me…because you don’t have that caveat listed for the players you don’t adore watching.
I can understand “blaming” Steph for giving other players a crazy self confidence in their range, and eliminating some of the taboo around poor shot selection in the NBA…but Steph himself is Friggin ELITE and he is 100% the basketball player I wish I was.
Either way, I respect lists…and this was a list!
obviously Joel Embiid does not need my advice but his offense is so often infuriating. he’d rather take 18 footers than drive the lane, even when Jaylen Brown is guarding him
can’t imagine a highly skilled center settling for long jumpers. sounds frustrating though
Joel definitely falls in love with his skill level at the expense of just dominating sometimes
But he has 21 points on 13 shots, mostly because he’s gotten to the line?
I also wonder what his career would look like if he played a single game with a PF that required the defense to at least ponder guarding him.
Booing in Boston. Could be the kind of thing that makes a Jaylen Brown want to play for a better fan base.
A recurring theme of some of these games is “Jaylen Brown should probably be getting more than 15 shots”
Sometimes I think they may have made the wrong the guy the #1
Yes he’s coming home to the hawks
Jaylen Brown’s biggest regret is not playing basketball in the state of Michigan. It will be his chance to finally play under Senior Player Development Advisor, John Beilein. He’s coming to his true home.
Most detestable fanbase in sports?
What should the Pistons give up to get him?
Brown will be a free agent after this year.
Sportrac says next year. If you can get him to sign another deal, I’d give up the #2 pick. Or #3 obv but then you have to attach something and I don’t know what that is. Probably Bojan not enough? Not any of Cade, Duren or Ivey, right? I think.
