I didn’t say he hates Michigan, he’s just found himself getting a tremendous amount of attention by taking little shots at Michigan and has made a habit of it. More of a parallel universe Scott Bell except not quite as funny, but he’s definitely leaning into that role as of late.
Could have easily mentioned how Nova blew out Kansas in similar fashion in San Antonio as well, but pointed out the Michigan game because it’s going to get responses the Kansas one wouldn’t. Is what it is, I don’t blame him much, if I hung out on twitter that much, I’d start to dislike Michigan fans too.

This FF is in New Orleans.
I mean likely it’s just cause he was covering Michigan at that game and so remembered that one. I just don’t think he cares one way or another what fans think of him but he’s still nothing like Scott bell who is purposely trolling a fan base. I like to make fun of BQ’s crappy takes at times but he’s never struck me as a guy that is out to purposely upset people
