2022 NCAA Tournament Open Thread

Nah I’d rather MSU lose. Wisconsin’s playstyle and roster, especially with an injured Davis, makes me think they have no shot at a FF run. I don’t think MSU does either, but MSU fans would be much more insufferable with a S16 run, especially ending K’s career.

Guys there’s no debate here. It’s better if both State and Wisconsin lose.

It isn’t as funny when you do it.

Will we see more of that group of 5 that finished the Tennessee game? Aka Terrance in there. We did that to counter their small lineup

Imo if Williams can dominate the post with boards and blocks along with Keels handling Hoogard then Duke should be fine. Banchero will get his but if Duke can’t guard I fear we may see another Izzo narrative.

That sounds like a deal to me

Sorry, trading deadline is over.

Let’s hope Jones can play 20 plus that would help

This is a really good site for keeping track of eligibility. It also factors in the covid year. Hunter is listed as a freshman on this site eligibility wise. Which is correct since he technically has 3 more years he could use (if he wanted to).

Ohio St is going to lose a ton if they can’t hold on to Branham.

Izzo needs to see a dermatologist.

Yeah I have accepted the correct take here is to “root” for for Duke. Which means I’m taking a two hour walk or throwing pitches to my son.

Grant Hill just called MSU defense “elite”. Smh

“Elite” apparently means top-60.

So as it stands this is their roster next year?

This game is going to be insufferable.

Illinois scored 54 and 53 points in their two tournament outings. Ohio State scored 54 and 61 points in their two tournament outings. Tough to make the magic happen in this tourney when you can’t score.
