They both do man, the Heat made a bunch of major stones plays down the stretch…that Lowry steal off the inbounds, Oladipo stealing everything, Bams shot clock beater, the Strus triple…PJ just making life miserable for Tatum

I want a Heat vs Warriors series so badly just so we can get a Duncan podcast with Jordan Poole where they preview the NBA Finals. Get the kick starter going.

What I found interesting in the ESPN article , which I didn’t know , is Stevens wanted Howard to replace him in Boston.
Wonder if he can coach or not? Not a bad for a guy who’s just the front man for Martelli, amirite guys?

So in these playoffs I’ve gone from “the Mavs are going to let Brunson go even though he’s pretty good, because he’s redundant with Luka” to “yeah but he’s their obvious second best player and they aren’t going to get a vet this good”.

Wiggins really come alive in this series.
The mavs took a nice deuce on my suns but a bit frustrating that we didn’t get to see Warriors-suns now that the mavs aren’t hitting everything

The Warriors are a terrible matchup for the Mavs. Their weakness plays into GSW’s strengths plus they have been wearing them down with constant movements from the Steph, Klay and Poole, and they’re targeting Luka to wear him down. Wiggins has played up to his potential and teams will give him the bag once he’s done with the Warriors but he’ll need to be the #3 option, not #1/#2.
