Once long ago, I was the biggest Malik Hairston stan on the planet and was devastated went he went to Oregon. Was convinced he was the next great athletic combo guard and whiffing on him (and Crawford and Tajuan Porter) would doom our program, turned out just to be a serviceable college player and we turned into a top 10 program for the past decade plus. Nailed it!

The only thing memorable about him and Joe Crawford was how Neitzel put those guys in a trash can in the semi final. I know Park lost, but that was darn impressive.

I remember that. I cursed Oregon right around that time because they also stole Cameron Colvin from us in football. The very same year I think

The difference in foot speed and vertical presence vs HD are just obvious. I’m not saying HD shouldn’t go, but if he does, he should NOT expect to get picked before WK. I see Vecenie at Athletic has Kessler in late first round. Where do other services mock Kessler?
