After watching the end of this game, I am wholly on board with Chris Beard coaching Indiana.
Given the amount of time they had, thatās probably the poorest end-of-game sequence Iāve ever seen.

It would be a living hell for a PG having to deal with Jacob Young guarding you from end to end. I know Mike Smith struggled against him for a bit but Michigan won comfortably despite Rutgers trying to make a comeback.

Not taking a time out means the defense doesnāt have a chance to set up and guys start losing themselves in the moment. If you trust your team to get a shot I donāt have a problem not taking a time out. Didnāt work this time but Iām sure thereās plenty of examples of not getting scores out of time outs.
