Torvik has Prairie View #166 for the new season and #1 in the SWAC by quite a margin. They could still end up being terrible but it seems a far cry from the normal RPI/NET anchors you’d expect. Also FWIW, the Panthers won their first 15 SWAC games last season (13-0 reg, 2-0 tourney) before losing to Texas Southern in the conference tourney title game.
Playing one of your buy games on a neutral is a pretty solid scheduling hack.
