Was pretty surprised to see MSU as 6.5 point underdogs tonight at Iowa. Not sure I’d ever trust Iowa that much

Can’t place a bet during my work day (get no service in my school building and school internet blocks gambling sites lol). Hope the line is around that when I get home. I see a high scoring game with MSU having the ability to get more stops than Iowa. What we usually see with bubble teams like Iowa and Michigan is varied performance game to game. Michigan beat Purdue, couldn’t hit anything vs OSU. Won at Iowa, couldn’t hit anything at Wisconsin. Iowa beats OSU, comes down to earth a bit against MSU

Also was stunned to see this. Seems like MSU always matches up well against Iowa. And with MSUs backs against the wall, I like them in this spot.
School social worker. Though like many here I"m sure, I do remember being in class every March thinking about my bracket instead of whatever was being discussed in class.

Growing up I always had to leave school before noon for a “doctors appt” on the opening day of March Madness. Weird how that “appt” was always around the same time every year

Rutgers +5.5 @ Michigan tomorrow feels strange. No Juwan. No Moussa. No Williams. Johns will be playing 25+ minutes. Jace probably plays 10-15 minutes. Faulds probably 10 minutes depending on foul trouble for Hunter.
Did Ron Harper Jr re-injure his hand in the Purdue game and the oddsmakers know he won’t be playing?
KenPom is 6… So seems about right? Not sure I’d expect Juwan to move the line that much… Combo of Juwan and Moussa maybe a half point?

I would like to have confidence in Iowa tonight but I’m not feeling it
I didn’t check KenPom, I was just going based on gut feeling. The already non-existent bench lost two guys (Williams + Johns probably starting). We also still don’t have anyone to really guard Ron Harper or Geo effectively, while they still have a bunch of length to bother our guards and Caleb.
Well that MSU +6.5 doesn’t look so good now. Stay in school kids
