Todd’s response would be good for fans who take it at Face value. I don’t necessarily all the time but that’s good that he responded to that that way. Lots of time between now and getting onto campus.

Todd has never once indicated he wants to go overseas. I’m sure if he gets a good enough offer he might do it but the dude always comes off as someone who wants to play in Ann Arbor.

He’s said he’s coming to Michigan multiple times in the past week. I’m surprised it hasn’t gotten more attention. Obviously it’s not official till pen to paper on NSD but I think it’s a pretty big deal considering all of people who were insistent that it was more likely he went overseas.

Yeah I mean at this point there’s no real reason to think he’s not coming. All the kid has said is that he’s coming. Things could change I guess. But right now I assume he’ll be playing for Michigan next season, provided the world isn’t over

I live in hope, but Tyus Battle was coming until he wasn’t.

That said, fans need to stop needling the kid about validating his words when he can’t do that until he’s on campus.

I don’t do Instagram or any social media really, but a post on Mgoblog says that Todd confirmed he is coming to Michigan in an Instagram post. No idea how true that is, but here is a link to a link:

People say Christopher is the most talented of the commitments/potential commitments, but I’m not so sure. Todd is truly impressive.

Todd may indeed be more talented but Christopher fits a much bigger need IMO.

All Isaiah Todd has said since he committed was that he was coming to AA. Don’t think he’s once said or implied anything else.

He’s qualified those statements at least once by saying he’d listen to what his mother wanted him to do. She’s generally thought to be the one most interested in his overseas options. I don’t think it would surprise anyone if her opinion has changed recently.

He might as well wait to see what happens with the college basketball seasons and those of the pro leagues abroad. (Plus, the public health status of each country.)
