UM Hoops Recruiting Profile

Id love to have Trevon. Kid just knows how to score. Great shooter.

Butler is out. Trevon- perfect fit. The time is right. Ready for the commitment. Be a Wolverine!!!

@BSnowScout Any report of Trevon Bluiett dropping Butler is 100 percent false according to Trevon and his father, they found it laughable

Great reporting…oh well. I do think Bluiett’s play fits Michigan very well. Looking forward to the commitment.

Yeah I’m still shocked that it was a Butler guy who reported it.

I simply don’t think Butler is going to very good. (My opinion). Trevon wants basketball success…?..it’s great to be a Michigan Wolverine.

Word is…Trevon will cut his list to 5 on Wednesday.

Word is.....Trevon will cut his list to 5 on Wednesday.

Would like to see that list when it’s announced. I still think Michigan is in good position, but with UCLA making a push, I may get a bit nervous.

Figured all along we’d be in the Top 5 so nothing real new there…just waiting to find out if we’re THE team or not…

Arizona, Butler, Indiana, Michigan, Purdue, UCLA, & Xavier.

List is cut http://www.umhoops.com/2013/07/31/michigan-makes-the-cut-for-4-star-forward-trevon-bluiett/

The fact that he gave a video interview in advance without Purdue on the list should tell you something about where they stand. Think Michigan is still in a good spot here but UCLA and Butler are top competition.

Dylan, where is the video interview you speak of?

Here, but premium. http://indiana.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1530785

So far At Adidas Nations Bluiett is shooting a ridiculous 19-27(68%) from the field and 7-13(54%) from 3pt range through 4 games(16.5 mpg).

Butler blog claiming Bluiett will ultimately choose Michigan over UCLA per a 247 source “who seems close to Bluiett’s recruitment”

Hope it turns out to be true…Bluiett is number 1 on my wishlist, moreso than Booker. The guy can flat out score from anywhere on the court. I understand he will never be rated a 5 star because of the lack of athleticism, but his skill set is great. Don’t get me wrong, I think Booker is a good prospect, and we all talk about his potential, but Bluiett’s film always seems more impressive to me.

Matt you just got me excited. Now I prepare for the letdown.

I believe Jerry Meyer is with 247 and he reported that Looney was down to Duke and Michigan 3 days before Looney cut Michigan from his list. Take it FWIW.

It was also a 247 writer who said Bluiett had dropped Butler from his list. They’ve been wrong a lot lately.
