Jordan played âchastenedâ after the critiques following the first MSU game, too. But when pressure picks up he reverts to old habits.
Thing is, when he doesnât take dumb shots, he doesnât get many at all. Contrast with Iggy, who can be more involved in the offense.

Itâs a dangerous game to clip the wings of someone who plays with that much swagger. Iggy would not be the same player without all of his emotion. It often can drive a playerâs confidence and basketball is a game that is hugely dependent on confidence.
You see it a little bit with Poole even. Sometimes he just doesnât look engaged and that usually directly coincides with him not playing with all of that swagger.

I am all for showing emotion. But he self-celebrates every play he makes. And cries everytime he makes a mistake. Iâd like to see him celebrate an assist, but that would require letting someone else shoot after he touched the ball.
Alright now, it is not as bad as you are making it out to be.
