Game 9: Northwestern at Michigan Open Thread

Hitting threes at the current rate makes things a lot easier that’s for sure

Both I think. We’re improving but also I think our defensive strategy has exposed northwestern

Big fan of Dickinson but this feels like a stretch

I wish this team played UNC, Duke, Kentucky and MSU already so everyone would say “they’ve played such a hard schedule” instead of complaining that we haven’t played anyone.

I feel like northwestern is closer to the 60th best team in the country than the so ranking of 19th. That said, a 20 point blowout of them still says a lot about Michigan

Us. By a lot.

Is it? As far as production I don’t think it is.

Franz snuck in a double double already.

Those misses are because of people talking about having a PG that can make FTs

Didn’t have Smith missing 2/2 FTs on the bingo card either

Both. NW completely out of their game plan. MI executing to perfection. We are better than people know and NW is good but playing in B1G so rising tide raises all boats.

Johns not having his defensive breakthrough today…

They’re 54 on Ken Pom, so that’s about right.

Yeah, I guess pure production it isn’t as unreasonable. Just have an underlying line of notion of draft potential baked in

KenPom thinks that he’s 1A

Depends on how you’re counting. As prospects it’s a huge stretch, as far as how good they have been for their current teams, seems pretty reasonable

Ah sorry I was late to the party

I bet we get some non-garbage time Nunez tonight and I bet he hits a step back three or something. I can feel it in the air.
