Game 8: Michigan at Maryland Open Thread

Impressive stuff from Michigan to pull away in this game. Fantastic performances by Dickinson, Wagner and Smith.

The worry is probably Isaiah Livers… He looked like he got dinged early and subbed out before the first media timeout. He’s played 26 minutes but doesn’t look 100%

A little surprising because I feel like Johns was generally fine in the first half? But I mean clearly it’s worked.

Also love how engaged our bench is, especially a guy like Nunez who doesn’t play as an upperclassman.

Same. I’m sure he’s gotten in better shape, but never understood the small minutes narrative

Did Hunter just get hit in the balls?

My “get Hunter a blow” comment is because I’m a Johns fan

And to think I was ready to set the world on fire when two players who shall not be named didnt commit.

Juwan Howard is a miracle worker.

Tractor…hmm… Maurice Taylor was good in the post too, though he wanted to shoot jumpers. If not those two, it is Juwan.

I think we’ll get 2 out of him. He’s not exactly the high draft pick type anymore. 10 years ago he gone

Hunter, Franz, and Smith big game…eventually Livers has got to start getting on the consistent stat board again…if so, look out.

Yeah, it might actually be Juwan himself.
