Need to figure out the defense when Hunter is out there.

I told you guys that I had a feeling BJJ would play his best game of the year. He needs to keep it going.

I just mean it was a projected 1pt margin

Didnt have to be that way if Smith slows down the prior possesion, instead of a rushed sloppy turn over…let the O run til end of shot clock.

Gonna go say a novena for MD to regress to the mean from three in the second half.

The annoying part of this game is no one seems to take Maryland seriously whatsoever nationally. And I’m not saying they should, but if Michigan wins this won’t even go down as a huge win which is absurd with how crazy they are shooting.

This feels like a Beilein versus Isaac Haas kind of game. But reversed roles.

Man bad take by Smith should have held up to leave Maryland with little time and have chance to take 7 or 8 point lead. Then they get a late three only up 2. Michigan played great on offense and Maryland shot lights out need more in second half from Livers and Brown has to be better. Dickinson needs to play smart and avoid anymore fouls.

Hopefully Maryland goes cold like PSU did in second half.

Has Livers scored?

If they shoot 18-22 from 3 just shrug. Seems unlikely

I go zone if I’m Maryland in 2H

I know he’s got some tech free throws, that’s it though I think

Exactly, that was brutally bad.

There’s too much bad with the good with BJ. He can be a highly productive guy, but he still turns it over at a ridiculous rate for a low usage wing and makes overly simple defensive mistakes and gives up offensive rebounds.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those. Really quiet game from him though

One way to eliminate the pick and pop would be to switch the ball screen, obviously not feasible with Dickinson in but would they consider it with Johns/Williams at 5 and 1-4 screens?

This is a Zen thing with alot of Michigan games…our system has been so well organized for years and seems like teams always play better against us. Whether it’s shooting or just running their offense.
