I think Nunez is fine if he just stays as a role player. Maybe a shot or two a game, he MUST get better on D!

Agreed. As bad as they killed us in that area a majority of them were extremely long lucky bounces right to them.

I am very pleased with this win. Keep bringing that intensity in the second half and cut down on sloppy turnovers and this team is going to be very tough to deal with.

Impressed with the second half adjustments. Howard def knows what he’s doing and pin pointed all the issues in the interview. Looks like the team can only get more consistent and with Franz WATCH OUT!

It actually worked well for me tonight. For once.
I was a little skeptical of the three small guard lineup, but I must say they played that lineup very well tonight! All three of them worked their tails off, especially in the second half. Obviously X, Isaiah, and Teske had outstanding games, and Eli was very good, too, as I expect him to be, solid and heady. But I was very impressed with DDJ. He had a very nice game!
Edit: Just saw DDJ had 7 rebounds to go with his 9 points and good, hard working defense. Not bad for a 6’ kid playing the 2/3 spot! Again, very good game for DDJ tonight!

Potentially. But I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect an upgrade on both sides of the ball over Nunez at the very least.
