The bigger question, what if Myles Johnson fouled out in the first half?
Yeah those travel calls shoulda been made, but RU has had a few push offs not called.
Saving them for Sunday.
Similarly, if they only made 5 more mid-range jumpers, they would have the lead!
Nice job by Livers not passing it into the corner on that inbounds
Hurt Franz and we riot.
What do you think of this officiating? I always complain but interested in a reasonable perspective from the other side.
What in the world is going on with Michigan’s offense?
congrats to Rutgers, I guess, for forcing the disgusting 2H that they wanted
I think the story is more Rutger’s really ramping up the D in this second half. They have been magnificent. Glad U of M has D to match.
This game has been so annoying to watch since we went up 17. At no point have I been worried about losing since, but at no point have I enjoyed what I’ve been watching since either.
Rutgers improves to undefeated all-time against Michigan (moral victory department)
Rutgers has hung around
Rutgers basketball is gross. My least favorite team in the conference that we always beat
Only one good ball handler (who is 5’7") so ball pressure has been an issue whenever it’s ramped up. And Rutgers has been insanely aggressive this half. They’re very lucky they haven’t been in double bonus for a while
They’ve let Myles be more physical than most crews. Haven’t seen anything too egregious either way.
LOL at Young trying to draw a garbage foul on the layup.
I would say Michigan has made more mental mistakes in this offensive slump than anything. Rutgers defense has been in your face all game long.
Suffice to say the effort over the past 11 minutes of this game would lose a lot of games, but they just need to play smart, don’t get frustrated, make make free throws. Win and move on.
- They’re disjointed
- Hard to get into a rhythm when there’s been 20 fouls called in 16.5 minutes
