No update on Frankie or Zeb… both are “day to day”…

I know this has been said already but, this is an amazingly inconvenient time for those two to not be playing. I hope both of them are back soon. More than most, they need these early non con games. Is there a reality where they both get passed over and Eli, DeVante and Bufkin rotate in a three guard system? That would make more minutes for Williams/Johns if they don’t have to force Bufkin into minutes at the three. Not ideal. I’d like to see what Frankie and Zeb can do but I had hoped they could run those experiments against Buffalo. There are other games for that but it feels like a missed opportunity.

Even if they had been healthy all along, this was a (likely) possibility.

Interesting. I know you’re high on Bufkin but I assumed either Frankie or Zeb would play a role, however minor. I’m fine with it. If Bufkin keeps them off the court, that will probably mean good things for the him and the team.
