Sounds like they’re going to buy him out. Then they’ll have a ton of dead money coming off the books next year (Dedmon, Deandre Jordan.)
EDIT: Dedmon still on the books but Jordan and Zaire Smith off it. Plus a lot of expiring contracts for young players they might cut bait with if they don’t prove to be keepers.
