The later years were kinda tough bc heās only capable of being happy if the Sox were winning or if heās playing golf but yeah that guy is my childhood.
My dad hated him bc (1) you will have met more open minded people in your life and (2) his guy was Ernie Harwell and I canāt imagine anybody more literally opposite than Hawk.

Nate and John were joking the other day that Coby White is going to retire as the all team leading scorer in 9/10 playin games.
Pointed out that 3 of the 4 EC teams this year will be in their 2nd appearance (of 3 possible) and 2 in the THIRD (yeah Bulls!)
pointing out that the criteria for making the playin is basically roster agnostic, itās just deciding youāre going to try.

Two weeks from now (when heāll be reevaluated) will be Game 3 of the first round. (This is my guess. Schedule wonāt be up til Monday Iām assuming.)
Playoffs donāt start until April 19th. With how long they spread games out game 3 will be May 7th.
No theyāll be in the second round by then.
The Pistons had a nice comeback win against the Knicks tonight. If they win their last two games (both against the Bucks) they earn the 5-seed. If they win 1, theyāll have achieved their best regular season record since the '07-'08 season.

Knicks are probably a beatable opponent in terms of quality but always hard to tell how teams doing their first playoff appearance
I will just state here
that the Bulls trading for their own draft pick back, so that they could then tank itās value in order to win the 9/10 play-in game
its not even three dimensional chess, itās like 6th dimensional chess

In āfairnessā to the Bulls, thereās 6 other Eastern teams trying to lose right now. Tough sledding right now for a normal tanking team and we know the Bulls are never good at tanking.
