I mean Jaden and Ausar barely played together so it’s not enough to have a conclusive take, but Jaden brings a lot more on offense as a ballhandler than Ausar. Ausar provides good defense at the POA. Both don’t play the same position anyway.
It’s a game like today where they missed Ivey.
I limited the sample to starting 1/1/25
Yeah - no commitment past the end of the season, Bulls won’t ask for terribly much, definitely fits the hole in their roster. If he gets hurt, it’s such a modest roll of the dice, who cares
Amen Thompson is a serious force
Part 1 of a Kelly Dwyer dive into the near-future of every NBA Team:
Which NBA teams are closest to a title?
Pistons-stuff will be in Part 2, but @mgl will find his Bulls mentioned near the top (of the article).
Phoenix at 25. Poor Ishbia.
The track record of MSU owners isn’t great when the guy who ran LeBron off twice still tops the list. I’m hoping Gores has learned his lesson and keeps out of any future decision-making.
Speaking of Ishbia, this is a pretty funny quote about one of the Suns:
*The debt owed on 29-year old Grayson Allen (three years and over $54 million following 2024-25) has a chance, however slight, at growing into an asset. Teams have to really like Grayson Allen, want to commit to Grayson Allen through Grayson Allen’s prime and most of his tail end. If you’re sick of saying “Grayson Allen,” say, “shittier Eric Gordon .”
I’d be pretty close to the Suns being 30th
That place is going to be a crater when Durant is done
So you can do this in the NBA but not college??
Absolutely cannot imagine what could’ve possibly compelled Rozier to think that was a good idea. All time stupid move.
Also waiting for @mgl to weigh in given the confluence of his interests here.
Let the record state I have less tolerance for Rozier than some random kid at Temple. My serious guess as to why a man newly making $18 million a year did this is that he succumbed to the same ethos that drives the NBA Europe article posted above - no amount of money is enough.
My other guess is that he probably was in heavy gambling debt
But I will double down on “kill sports gambling” (sorry gambling thread)
Oh look Lebron is endorsing Draftkings how can there possibly be the appearance of impropriety
Major “Leopards Eating Faces Party is shocked Leopards are eating peoples faces” vibes
But I will stop talking politics
Cade is an All-Star!
Yeah this is why I tagged you
Wind me up and watch me go
I think the answer pretty obviously has to be some sort of debt in these situations. Whether it is shady investments, gambling on other stuff, whatever.
Not really something you would do for fun.
Yeah, that’s why I can’t imagine it.
Cade is an all star. I think Sabonis got robbed.
