Whatâs crazy is that he was 1-13 from 2. He drove to the rim a ton but couldnât get anything to go in there. However, he was pure from deep!
Heâs lifted his season 3-PT % to .375.
7/7 from 3 and 1/14 from 2 is an unbelievable stat haha
Pistons are undefeated when Weaver makes a trade this season. 4-0 baby!
Thatâs an indictment on Weaver for not doing it right in the last off-season. At least, Weaver is fixing it to really evaluate the young core. Theyâre not awful, but itâs playable at least.
This underscore the need for the Pistons to find a stretch 5 to really open up the spacing for Jaden and Ausar plus it can treat Ausar as a big in terms of being a screener, cutter, etc.
Pistons might be less competent but are they actually less fun to root for? Itâs not THAT hard to sell yourself on a future right?
I like their chances to turn it around.
Super young teams being successful like the Thunder are outliers.
Can you call it incompetence when you donât try
Besides Burk I like the changes the Pistons made. Boggie can score but he is also a turnover machine and plays no defense. Like the new guy from Utah and Shake Milton.
Howâs Beef Stew doing?
Youâd think teams would ask about him at the deadline, and playing between Ausar and Duren must be tough.
I know they just signed him butâŚ
Maybe he becomes a big off the bench.
Stewart rolled an ankle a couple weeks ago. Should be back after the all star break.
Fontecchio is an actual NBA caliber 3
Ausar is fine at the 4 defensively
Stew isnât really needed and he canât really play with Duren and Thompson
Shamsâ adventures in the passive voice are ground breaking

âA swing to Eubanksâ face connectedâ
Just say Stewart punched him!
Eubanks pushed his face onto Beefâs hand!
Eubanks shouldnât have been standing there when Stew was celebrating some good news with a fist pump
