Owners should be required to at least make a few shots or run some stairs before holding the trophy
Kroenke one of the worst
Tbis guys discussing “the unbelievable fans” that he blacks out of local broadcasts because he keeps broadcast rights on the tiny RSN he owns
F off dude
Joel Embiid being the MVP this season after that Jokic run is an all-time “wait what?”
honestly makes me re-evaluate how much weight I’ve mentally put into MVP talk in the past
It’s Karl Malone’s MVP to a T
Spoelstra is the best of the best, but that Zeller sub was disastrous. I think he was flat out unplayable and I hated it when he came in. 30-40 disastrous seconds and 4 points later, he had to pull him. Pretty big swing in a game that tight.
They had legendary Pistons C, Dewayne Dedmon earlier in the season. They should’ve kept him over Zeller.
Am I right that Zeller was terrible whenever he hit the floor in this series? Or even all playoffs? I just feel like every time I saw him he was getting cooked and basted.
Zeller isn’t a bad backup center but they really needed to match Bam’s minutes to Jokic’s
Peripherally - the Murray story and his intertwined story with Jokic is pretty cool
I don’t think Zeller was on a roster til they picked him up late. They really need an upgrade there.
I expect this will feel like a very long summer for Jimmy Butler. Overall, he had a fantastic postseason. But the Finals were rough, and that soft pass that KCP stole with ease might haunt him.
I think the plan was Omer Yurtseven but he fractured his ankle, then broke his nose when he came back, and never really played
Bam gives them that 5-out O on offense w his passing and lets them play all kinds of stuff on D. Zeller gives you nada when teams are this good and the Nuggets in particular punish bad 5s.
Bam played 44 mins and had to have some rest.
Yeah, I definitely get there may not have been great alternatives, it’s just… look for something else. Try to buy a few minutes going really small maybe. In the end he only played for less than a minute, so it’s not like Spoelstra didn’t have an alternative, right? I just cringed when I saw him on the court and it went exactly like I thought it would.
I could buy that for RS basketball, but Zeller just seems way too stiff and slow for this level.
Mason Plumlee would be a good backup for Bam.
Congrats to the 5 former Pistons only 4 who played for them.
Bruce Brown
KCP
Reggie Jackson
Ish Smith
DeAndre Jordan
Pistons were onto something they had a title winning roster in their laps
frankly if you ask me these were the five most important players too
KCP was soo freaking good
Heat in nine*
Nuggets are good and very likeable! Well deserved
