I know it’s been talked about at nauseum a bit, but if we’re still looking at guards, why did we give up on eastern. Just really doesn’t add up to me.

What does this mean? Of corse a young James Harden would be a great pick-up. Surely, you’re not comparing James Harden, whether as a shooter or a player, to Nojel Eastern, who was the player being discussed, are you?

There are a lot of similarities in their game both were top 100 kids coming in. Both know how to use their bodies in traffic and get their body under the guy. They also have explosiveness you wouldn’t expect in traffic, Both have unorthodox shooting form as well but from the videos it doesn’t look “awful” as John Miller said. They also have good court vision.
